Zero Tolerance for Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA

Hexa Connection has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA). Recognizing the power imbalances that can emerge in any community or organization, we actively strive to cultivate an environment that is safe, transparent, and accountable.

Mechanisms to Prevent and Mitigate Risks

1. Training and Awareness: Hexa Connection staff, volunteers, and partners undergo comprehensive training to recognize, prevent, and respond to potential SEA situations. Awareness campaigns are also held regularly to ensure that our community is informed and vigilant.

2. Clear Reporting Pathways: We’ve established clear and confidential channels through which any incidents or suspicions of SEA can be reported. Every report is taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and addressed with utmost sensitivity and confidentiality.
